Childbirth & Postpartum Education Small Group LIVE
This includes all the things from each workshop: Childbirth education, birth planning, newborn care, infant feeding, and postpartum planning. With this course, you and your partner will receive in depth guidance and information to help you feel empowered and ready for your birth. You will be able to meet other expecting couples that are in the same stage of life as you are. It's a great way to form a community of trust and love. You'll learn the ins and outs of labor and birth; various birth options, comfort techniques/positions, ways to advocate for your wishes and those of your partner. With this information, you'll be able to create a plan of birth preferences and wishes for labor & childbirth. You'll also learn newborn baby care basics and some helpful postpartum healing & planning information. You're prepared for childbirth & beyond.
