Childbirth education prepares you with the options and choices you have as a birthing person. You'll feel empowered and ready to do this wonderful, awesome thing called birth. In this informed childbirth class, you and your partner learn what to expect during stages of labor, various positions, coping techniques, birthing options, helpful decision-making tools, and so much more. With this information, you'll be able to create a plan of birth preferences and wishes for labor & childbirth.


  • 2 TWO HOUR sessions at my location or virtual meetings.
